The apartment has an open kitchen (with a full size stove, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher), a living room area, one large matrimoniale bedroom, a small room that can be used as an office or as a twin bedroom, and a loft office area. There is one bathroom with a shower over the tub. The living room couch folds out into a bed, so the apartment can sleep from two to five people. Click on the rooms for photographs.

 

The top-floor flat boasts lovely views from every window. From the living room, you can see across the lagoon all the way to the Lido, while the office/twin room and bathroom overlook a quiet park next door, plus a panoramic neighborhood view. You’re sure to snap endless photos of boats plying the waters by the bell tower and cathedral on San Giorgio Maggiore and the glimpse of Santa Maria della Salute, visible from the bedroom and the loft. Incredible sunsets bathe the romantic bedroom in golden light in the evenings. Please note the apartment is located on the fourth floor, with no elevator; the views and fresh breezes compensate for the 58 steps.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the cook, with a four-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, dishes and glasses. Everything you need to prepare meals is at hand—once you’re done shopping for fresh fish and produce, either at the famous Rialto market or the local markets on nearby Via Garibaldi.

For relaxing nights at home, there’s a television and DVD player in the living room, and a CD player and iPod-ready speakers.

The apartment has independent heating. There is a washing machine but no dryer (dryers are uncommon in Europe). All linens—sheets, towels, duvets, blankets, kitchen towels—are provided.

The apartment has high-speed internet and a telephone with unlimited local calls and calls within Italy. For international calls you will need to use a calling card. We also provide a pay-as-you go cell phone with a local number for guests to use, if they wish.

The apartment is a nonsmoking property.
