The weekly rental rate is €850, which is all inclusive. The nightly rate for stays less than one week is €135 euros per night. We offer discounts for longer stays.
Be careful when comparison shopping: Many rentals tack on mandatory surcharges that significantly raise the initially-advertised cost, or raise prices during high season. We don’t.
There’s no Saturday-to-Saturday stay requirement for weekly rentals; we’ll work around your travel dates. We’re also happy to arrange longer or shorter stays, though we have a three-night minimum. Also, during peak periods, including Christmas, Carnival, Easter, and major Venetian holidays such as Redentore, we require a one-week minimum stay.
We request 25% of your booking total to confirm your reservation, with the balance due in full no less than 30 days before your arrival. If you choose to pay the entire booking cost in advance, you’ll be protected from currency fluctuations. Payment is by check to us in the US, with the current exchange rate applied, or by wire transfer to Italy.
We’ll mail you keys to the apartment, as well as detailed arrival information, upon receipt of your final payment, or 30 days before your arrival date. If you prefer to have someone meet you in Venice and take you to the apartment, we can arrange that as well.
Cancellation policy: 25% of the booking total for cancellations more than 14 days before the arrival date, and 50% for cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date.
